ON THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING

 

Click your booking link

Prior to your booking, click on the Zoom link that can be found in your confirmation email.

Open Zoom or view on your browser

Follow the prompts and choose to access Santa’s Online Portal by downloading Zoom or you can connect via your browser.

Waiting Room

You’ll be placed in a  waiting room until the time of your booking. This is the perfect chance to get ready and build the excitement.

While you’re waiting ensure the camera, microphone and audio settings on your device are working.

Is this experience just for kids?

The best part about Christmas To You is that it can be tailored to suit any age group. Everyone deserves some Christmas cheer!

What if my child is shy?

It’s completely normal for many children to feel shy around Santa. Parents and guardians are welcome to participate in the experience with their children and help make them feel more comfortable. As the experience is personal, if your child doesn’t like something Santa can respond and adapt.

Who are your staff?

All Christmas To You staff are fully trained professional performers and hold current Working With Children Checks.

What is the difference between participants and spectators?

Participants are those you would like the experience tailored for. Spectators are anyone who wants to watch on.

How can I update my personalised details?

Updating the personalised details for each participant is easy. Simply click on the link that can be found at the base of your confirmation email. Changes can be made up to 48 prior to your booking. No changes will be permitted after this.

Which device should I use?

We reccomend using a laptop computer or an iPad device with a working camera and microphone. A phone can be used too, but for the best experience set it up on a flat surface so that it doesn’t move around too much.

Do I need to download Zoom?

Santa’s Online Portal can be accessed by downloading zoom or via your internet browser. If you choose the internet browser option you won’t be required to download anything. Simply follow the prompts when you click on your booking link.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Santa is extremely busy at this time of the year. If you need to reschedule, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Can I organise a group with more than 4 participants?

If you would like to make a booking with more than 4 participants, please contact us. Santa will need to add extra time to a booking.

When will I be sent my photo?

You digital photo appearing in Santa’s magic frame will be emailed out to you within 48 hours of your booking. The email you registered with will be used for all communication.

How do I get the best photo?

During the experience, Santa will ask the participants to look at the camera so we can capture the moment. Younger participants may need the help of a grown up.
