Terms and Conditions

Rental agreement to follow upon booking confirmation for a tree rental.

1. Definitions

- "We" or "Us" means "Christmas To You".

- "You" or "Client" means the person hiring our services.

- "Services" means Christmas tree decorating services.

2. Service Details

- We will provide Christmas tree decorating services, including tree setup, decoration installation, and removal (with rentals)

- Services will be performed on the agreed-upon date and time.

3. Payment Terms

- A deposit for 25% is required to confirm date,

- The balance is due 3 days before installation (Renting requires full payment 2 weeks before installation - see rental agreement)

- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer

4. Cancellation Policy

- 7+ days prior to service date: 100% refund.

- 3-6 days prior to service date: 50% refund.

- Less than 3 days prior to service date: no refund.

5. Liability - We are not responsible for damage to fragile or valuable items.

- We are not liable for any injuries or accidents caused by our equipment or personnel.

6. Property Access - You grant us access to your property for service purposes.

- You ensure we have clear and safe access to the tree.

7. Tree Care - You are responsible for tree care and maintenance after decoration. - We provide basic tree care instructions.

8. Decoration Ownership (rentals only) - All decorations remain our property. - Decorations are rented for the duration of the service.

9. Warranty Disclaimer - We provide no warranty for services or decorations.

10. Governing Law - These Terms and Conditions are governed by Victorian law.

11. Changes to Terms - We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
